Reviewer Metrics Report

You can view reviewer metrics in the Reviewer Metrics Report. You can run the report in Account Menu>Project Report.

The report includes the Reviewer Productivity Summary, Reviewer Productivity Detail, and Report Information tabs.

This tab includes the following information.

REPORT INFO section that shows project name, submitted by, and submitted date.
FILTER CONDITIONS section that shows the usernames, time zone, and date range selected at the time of report generation.
TOTAL REVIEWED BY USER table that shows total coding time (in minutes), total unique document edits, and the average documents per hour for each reviewer.
DOCUMENTS REVIEWED BY USER PER DAY chart that shows information on the total coding time (minutes), sum of unique document edits, and average documents per hour. You can filter this chart by date and username.

This tab includes the columns in the following table.

Column Name	Description
Date	The date when the user coded documents, where each line corresponds to one date within the selected date range. All data is calculated at 15 minute intervals and is reflected in the time zone selected at the time of report generation.
User Name	The name of user who coded documents.
User Email	The email address of the user who coded the documents.
Coding Time (Minutes)	The total minutes spent coding each day, calculated based on the first and last coding activities. This measure is independent of login or logout times and excludes idle periods beyond the set threshold.
Document Edits	The number of times coding values are saved to a document. Each edit to the same document is counted individually.
Unique Document Edits	The number of unique documents to which coding values are saved. Each document is counted once, regardless of the number of edits made to it.
Documents Edits Per Hour	The number of times documents are coded per hour of coding time by the user. Each document edit is counted in this calculation.
Documents Per Hour	The number of unique documents coded per hour by the user. Each document is counted only once for this calculation.
